Purpose and fitment

The presented right side cover is an element from the Dashboard group, designed specifically for Ford Fiesta Mk7 models. The construction tailored to the specific vehicle generation ensures proper adhesion to adjacent panels and compatibility with factory mounting points. Positioning on the right side of the cockpit allows for restoring the completeness of the finish in the event of a missing, damaged, or worn cover.

Construction and function of the component

The right side dashboard cover performs several important functions within the vehicle interior:

• masks the edges of the dashboard, improving the visual continuity of the cockpit,
• limits the ingress of dirt and small debris into the gaps near the side of the dashboard,
• supports the stability of adjacent panels, creating a cohesive assembly layout,
• enables the preservation of the factory interior look after repairs or disassembly of other components. Thanks to its original origin, the cover retains the correct shape, attachment points, and profile matched to the dashboard lines, which facilitates installation and minimizes the risk of improper fitment.

Benefits of using an original cover

Using a factory right side dashboard cover in a Ford Fiesta Mk7 brings a number of practical benefits:

• Cohesive interior look – maintaining the original cockpit styling without visible gaps or mismatched replacements.
• Stable mounting – matched clips and component geometry promote secure seating on the dashboard.
• Reduction of unwanted noises – a properly installed cover helps reduce potential rattles and looseness within the side part of the cockpit.
• Easier interior service – maintaining the completeness of the assembly facilitates later disassembly and service work in the dashboard area.

Condition and service application

The element is offered as a used dashboard cover, which is a sensible choice for post-accident repairs, replacing damaged panels, or completing missing interior parts. This type of component will work well both in routine repairs and when restoring the vehicle to a state close to factory condition after previous modifications or disassembly.
