Purpose and vehicle placement

The presented headrest is designed for installation in the rear cabin of the BMW F36 Gran Coupé series, on the outer seating positions – both on the left and right sides. As a result, it can serve as a replacement part for one side or as a pair if there is a need to refresh both outer positions on the rear bench. Placement in the rear passenger zone promotes improved seating ergonomics, and the properly contoured design supports stable head positioning while driving, which is important for both comfort and passive safety.

Material and Oyster leather finish

The headrest is finished with Oyster-colored leather upholstery, characteristic of premium BMW interiors. The light shade creates a pleasant contrast with darker cockpit elements, visually brightening the cabin and emphasizing its orderly, modern character. The leather surface is pleasant to the touch while being resistant to typical operational stresses, such as frequent adjustments or contact with clothing. Careful material selection and factory stitching ensure visual consistency with other upholstery elements, which is particularly important when replacing a single headrest – the interior retains a uniform look without the "added part" effect.

Function, ergonomics, and application

As an item in the Headrests category, this model is responsible for stable passenger head support, limiting excessive neck movement during sudden maneuvers. The design is adapted to the geometry of the BMW F36 Gran Coupé seats, ensuring the headrest works correctly with the backrest and requires no additional mounting modifications.

• Dedicated application in the rear cabin on outer seating positions.
• Oyster leather finish matched to factory BMW interior configurations.
• Can be used as a replacement part for the left or right side. Thanks to the preservation of the original mounting geometry, installation is predictable and allows for the restoration of full functionality to the rear bench after damage or wear of the previous component.

Characteristics of the used product

The offered headrest is a used component, which in practice means it comes from vehicle dismantling and may show signs of normal wear while maintaining full structural functionality. This type of solution is often chosen by users who want to maintain original BMW equipment while optimizing the costs of interior repair or refreshment. Choosing an original, used headrest allows for maintaining material and color consistency with other cabin elements, which is difficult to achieve when using aftermarket parts with a different finish standard.
